- Should understand & spread the concept of Life Insurance selling in our area.
- Develop LI sales through recruiting Self employed people as Advisors.
- Train, guide them towards earning more commissions.
- Retention of advisors and Customer relationship
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 2,75,000 P.A. Incentives - Best in the Industry.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Well connected in his/her area of sales
- Graduate or Diploma with Min 3 years of Any Sales Experience
- Dynamic, Go Getter, Communicative
- Should exhibit high level of Leadership Skills.
