Manager - Business Development - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Outside Sales Representatives are professionals who increase sales by developing relationships with potential customers.
- They follow up on leads and maintain those already won over.
- They may identify prospective clients or make sure that current ones are satisfied. As they do this, they keep an eye out for new opportunities as they arise.
- Proactively determine customer meeting opportunities to ensure strategic alignment and to achieve revenue growth, including conducting recurring meetings via phone and in-person, and preparing/delivering quarterly business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Life Insurance Products
Candidate Requirements :
- High-level communication and presentations skills
- Proven ability to negotiate

- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a tea
- Bachelor degree in any stream
