Manager - Business Development - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of talented and driven individuals towards achieving our overall business objectives for Life Insurance products.
Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a high-performing team by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and empowering team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in Life Insurance sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- New agent recruiting, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
