Manager - Business Development - Life Insurance (1-4 yrs)
- We are hiring for a Sales Manager for a Life Insurance Company.
- Sales Experience is required. No Counter Sale.
- Field Sale experience.
- Candidate can be from any industry with Sales experience
Note : Priority will be given to those candidates who belong to Jalpaiguri, Siliguri, and Coochbehar or have more than 2 years of experience in sales in Prefer Location
Roles :
- Recruit Agents / Advisors.
- Handling Team
- Manage Agents / Advisors through proper coaching and training.
- Drive Agents / Advisors and build team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
- Building relations with the Leader.

Candidate Profile :
