Manager - Business Development - Legal (5-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for meeting team's sales target through effective planning and micromanaging.
2. Ensure that Team follows processes and update the lead management and Deal management system.
3. Perform process audit to stop efficiency and Revenue Leakage
4. Manage Team's utilization and onsite activities
5. Increase sales by upselling and Cross-selling
6. Excellent business Planning skills
7. 5 years of Sales experience esp. with startups in B2B domain
8. Prior SALES experience in Legal industry will be a BIG PLUS
9. A Go getter who is able to build rapport with Client and Team
10. Responsible for personal and Team's Sales Target
11. Must HAVE CONTENT based and STRATEGIC approach towards B2B SALES
