Business Development Manager - LED Lighting
We are hiring for Business Development Manager for a renowned company located in Thane.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Job Description :
Achieve growth & sales targets :
- To achieve sales targets through corporate, institutions, and long arm sales personnel
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- To introduce new products & monitor sales of products regularly
- To ensure timely collection of payments
- To execute sector specific sales in the assigned territory
Managing Key accounts :
- Network Expansion - New account sign-ups
- To maintain and nurture good business relations with clients, dealers
- Establish stock/inventory norms with clients per market and ensure stocking levels and replenishment
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Ensure account mining, farming, nurturing and negotiating agreements
Competitor Analysis :
- To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes/offerings to internal teams
- Collect data from the market about market share, industry growth, and consumer preferences
Sales Administration :
- To provide product knowledge and on-the-job training to sales personnel
- To provide a weekly/monthly report on accounts movements in the territory
- To implement Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays etc
- The regular visit to a corporate.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
Experience : 3-6 yrs
- Work Location - Thane - Corporate Office
