Manager - Business Development/Lead Generation (5-10 yrs)
- This role will focus on lead generation, out reaching to the new business prospects and converting into sales.
- Generate leads and convert them to bring new business.
- Maintaining good relationship with the existing customers and retaining them.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by ensuring all sales rep have high-quality and up to date support material.
- Handling urgent calls, emails and messages, answering customer queries, inform them of delivery status etc.
- Visiting clients, if and when required.
