Experience & Skills required:

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Printing & Packaging within the Business-to-Business (B2B) sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our printing and packaging business. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the printing and packaging industry.

- Strong understanding of printing and packaging processes, materials, and industry trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Market Penetration:

- Identify and target potential clients who require flexography, cold foiling, and UV varnish printing solutions.

- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor business development strategies accordingly.

2. Sales and Client Acquisition:

- Proactively generate leads and convert them into clients through effective sales strategies.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique printing requirements and propose tailored solutions.

3. Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their evolving needs.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical queries and ensuring overall satisfaction.

4. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

5. Negotiation and Contract Management:

- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

- Oversee the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
