Position : Business Development Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and potential partners

2. Developing quotes and proposals for Client pitches; Creating presentations and slide decks

3. Understanding the execution side of the business and be able to advise others about the Products or Services

4. Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities

5. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

6. Introduce the new client to the operations team and assist the operations team to work for the new client.

7. Account Mining activities - Coordinating with the internal teams to conceptualize new offerings to increase revenue from existing accounts.

8. Competitor analysis - Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts.

9. Providing management with client/market feedback.

10. Maintain and share professional knowledge to team members through education, networking, events, and presentations

11. Attend seminars/conferences as per the requirement and seek strategies to improve the way of Business.

12. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the Business world

Experience and Skill Set Required :

1. Educational qualification - MBA

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.

3. Knowledge of Digital Marketing preferred.

4. Strong interpersonal/communication skills; Ability to build rapport

5. Good judgment; Know when to escalate an issue and when to abide.

6. Thorough understanding of and genuine enthusiasm for the creative and production processes.

7. Excellent with numbers and Data Analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally

9. Time management and planning skills

Nature of Position :Permanent (Salary will match industry standards)

Expected Joining Time frame : Must be willing to join within a month
