Manager - Business Development/Key Account Management - Pharma (2-4 yrs)

Responsible for revenue generation in key accounts defined within a geographical territory


a. In-Clinic scientific discussion about features and benefits of 365 Product Portfolio

b. Create demand for prescription / order in defined set of customers or accounts

c. Product availability in retail pharmacy, hospital OPD and IPD Pharmacy, Govt. Hospital stores and wards

d. Conduct education programs for doctors, nurses and paramedics as defined in marketing strategy or brand strategy

e. Develop and nurture prescribers of the brand to create a significant prescriber or consumer base

f. Channel partner management - monitoring of primary and secondary sales on month on month basis.

g. Collection of primary orders to achieve a defined productivity level

h. Ensure growth in productivity - Quarter on Quarter basis in unit and values sales.

i. Maintain compliance of customer coverage as per norms defined by Business Unit

Education : Graduate /Postgraduate in Pharma, Lifescience, Bio-medical, Bio-technology
