GettIn Jobs is an upcoming job portal app for Startup, Internet and IT companies professionals in India. Creating new AI Technology based recruitment portal where direct managers become recruiter and give a completely new experience in Recruitment & Job search.
Currently our app in the development stage and plans to release by Feb 2018 on Google Playstore. Our whole team based in Beijing and looking out to build the new team in India. Founders are from big companies in China such as Xiaomi, Alibaba, Didi etc
We are a small team with no hierarchy and open culture.

Location : Anywhere in India
Functional Area: Sales/ Business Development
Key responsibilities :
- To source for the startup and SME enterprises as strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new & existing clients.
- To maintain social media groups (Whatsapp, LinkedIn) for the business development purpose
- Frequent contact with clients and report their feedbacks to the Beijing team.
- Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
- Help the Beijing team to on various request about the recruitment market in India.
Eligibility :
- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge in a Startup company and develop a new team in India.
- Willing to work in international culture where time difference is not big problem
- Excellent Communication, Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
