Manager - Business Development - IT - USA/Europe/APAC (5-7 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Drive & execute on revenue and sales Quota goals through effective management of account/pursuit plans, business development, internal collaboration strategies & account plan execution.
2. Prospect, establish, lead, and grow relationships with key client personnel & teams (Principle, Director, VP & C-Level) within the client account, focused on engineering & IT Services solutions like RPA, Oracle, IOT, Blockchain, DevOps, Java and SAP - Salesforce etc.
3. Maintain regular communication (Update activity in CRM) with the Sales Leader to keep him/her abreast of account progress & evolve account execution plan.
4. Target the right clients, grow a quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
5. Manage and close opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle. Getting clients overseas for USA, Europe and Asia-Pacific region.
6. Project staff augmentation and creating opportunities for internal bench employees.
7. Be responsible for the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, complex deal shaping, management of client interactions and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. 5 years of sales and account management experience USA/ Europe/ APAC IT Market
2. Experience in getting offshore projects which can be delivered from India
3. IT Staffing & Consulting experience or a background in IT services is a must
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
6. Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills.
7. Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual teams.
8. Passionate about sales and technology; partners with clients to ensure growth.
9. Experienced in building relationships with Director & VP level business decision-makers
10. Comfortable in Cold Calling
11. Well organized, resilient & determinant
