We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Designation: Manager- Business Development
Work Location: Bhandup
Working Culture: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm (Monday- Saturday)
Job Description & Desired Candidate Profile :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Identify potential clients in the target market. Complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Submit contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Development team to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
- Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
