Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing Firm (6-8 yrs)
- 5-7 years of experience in Account management/Client Handling from IT Staffing Industry.
- Responsible for Leads generation, acquiring new clients and maintaining existing clients.
- End to End Understanding of IT Staffing.
- Responsible for identifying, prioritizing & developing new businesses.
- Handling CRM activities post sales and follow up with clients ensuring organic growth
- Should possess strong understanding in market research.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with both a drive and willingness to be involved in all areas of a new age growing business
- Undertake development activities (meets, proposals, pitches) Network & build relationships with key-people, decisions makers across brands.
