Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing Firm (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record in IT staffing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in the IT staffing industry, with a focus on the INDIA,UAE, USA, and Canada regions. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to build strong relationships with clients across different locations.

Responsibilities :

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.

- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and capabilities.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications :

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

-Proven track record of success in IT staffing sales.

-Strong understanding of IT staffing processes, including contract staffing, permanent placement ,and project-based hiring.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

-Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.

- Experience in selling IT staffing solutions in the UAE, USA, and/or Canada regions is highly

preferred.

-Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Certifications in sales or IT staffing (e.g., CSP, TSC, or equivalent).

- Experience working with remote teams and managing international client relationships.
