Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing Firm (4-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Generating clients for staffing Requirements
- Generating business from existing clients and generating new clients.
- Responsible for lead generation and revenue generation.
- Good business sense.
- Experience in Staffing sales or IT Staffing
- Experience in IT Consultant or Staff augmentation
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight
- The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems
- Problem solving skills.
Note : Comfortable for 4 PM - 1 AM shift ( For girls after 7 pm working from home)
