Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing Firm (10-15 yrs)
- Responsible and accountable for new client account acquisition for IT staffing businesses in India.
- Interact with clients daily and identify staffing opportunities to bring in stable and increased job demands.
- Collaborate with the Domestic delivery team for requirement closures.
- Be accountable for revenue targets / Client relationship management.
- Building accounts with contract staffing needs and ongoing support.
- Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to build the business. Upsell & Cross-sell in our existing accounts.
- Should be able to build and grow the sales team as per the business needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage market research, business research, database building & management, business opportunity analysis, lead generation, etc.
- Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
- Hands-on business development experience in the recruitment industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in acquiring clients from India for domestic staffing is mandatory.
- Strategy Development, Planning and Reporting.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Go-getter with a strong passion for Sales/ Business Development.
