Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing/Augmentation (4-8 yrs)
- Lead end to end sales cycle (from lead generation to closure).
- Decent knowledge on Indian/Global IT Staffing industry.
- Good Communication (Written/Verbal both) with decision making skill.
- Proven Target Oriented skill set.
- Complete go-getter attitude to drive the result.
- Must handled CTO/CEO/CXO levels.
- Able to generate new business in new markets.
- Analytical/Strategical bent of mind to expand the business.
- Continuously identify potential clients through market research and build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
- Should able to win profitable contracts from Large Enterprises (in FMCG, Telecom, Media/Publications, Real Estate, BFSI and Manufacturing verticals) etc.
