Responsibilities :

1. Be responsible to grow our "Dedicated Teams" staffing business by designing and executing outbound B2B sales strategies.

2. Gain insight into our target ICP's operating environment, challenges, and opportunities. Identify the customer need and determine how the need can be better addressed by CodeMonk's platform unlike its competitors.

3. Solely own and lead the Business Development function - defining and executing the outbound strategies and generating new opportunities targeting medium to large enterprises globally.

4. Identify new channels and data sources to target new prospects.

5. Create and optimise email sequences and calling scripts to reach out new prospects.

6. Initiating outbound lead generation campaigns (emails, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc), researching and prioritising prospects with the sole objective of generating Sales Qualified Leads and detailed staffing requirements.

7. Work with our HR Ops teams to fulfil these requirements and generate revenues.

8. Plan monthly targets for junior members of the team and hold them accountable for the same.

9. Build and scale inside sales team in the medium-term and naturally grow as a VP to manage the entire business unit.

10. Work with marketing and growth team to assess various marketing campaign effectiveness to drive inbound and outbound leads.

10. Work with Product to provide relevant market feedback and develop opportunities to improve our offerings.

- Review all the lead generation process and tools with the view to automate and optimise the process.

11. Occasionally travel to various industry events and conferences.

Ideal candidate :

1. Entrepreneurial candidate looking to own a business product line and be responsible for its growth.

2. At least 7 years of experience as a Business Development or Sales manager, ideally selling "Dedicated Teams" staffing models to tech companies in the US or Europe.

3. Must be fully aware of our industry, direct competitors, contracting models and regulations.

4. Experience of working at both the corporate and start-ups is a must.

5. Self-starter with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets and driving growth.

6. Hands-on experience of B2B lead generation through email, LinkedIn and cold-calling and not finding excuses for non-performance.

7. Experience in implementing sales automation and CRM tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive and others, but should be confident to generate sales without overly depending on these tools.

8. Sensitivity to commercial and cultural differences across continents.

9. Ability to perform in a small, fast-growing business with startup mindset.

10. Superb communication and persuasion skills.

11. Attention to detail, process, and reporting - each stage of the sales lifecycle needs to be logged.

12. Insight on the current tech landscape and able to rapidly understand new technologies and the impact we can have on them.

13. Excellent written and spoken English.

14. Desire to grow in the role and lead by example.

15. Selling to USA based clients would be an added benefit.
