Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (7-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Build and maintain clients relationship.
- Manage existing accounts and realize revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals.
- Prepare Annual sale plan and bring the same to action.
- Should have IT staffing Experience.
- Knowledge on P&L is an added advantage.
