Manager - Business Development - IT staffing (6-15 yrs)

Charter Global Inc. (https://www.charterglobal.com - -)is searching for an experienced Business Development Manager for IT staffing who can quickly identify and develop new business possibilities, leading to increased revenue through client Acquisition and Retention.
Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Staffing (WFO) (Title can be varied based on existing roles & Overall experience)
Job Description:
- Responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, researching target markets, and establishing good business relationships with clients through regular contact.
- The ideal applicant should have a consistent work history with 6 -10+ years of IT staffing expertise, a track record of effectively creating sales funnels and account strategies, and "Good Tenure" with firms.
- Strong consulting and client relationship management skills.
- Must be able to use current contacts to generate new business, create customer rapport, and cultivate long-term partnerships and referrals.
- Identifying and pursuing prospective clients, analyzing target markets, and establishing good business connections with clients through ongoing communication.
- Must have outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic. A "Hunter Mentality" with a desire to assist people find fantastic positions is required, as is the ability to operate individually or as part of a team.
- You are motivated, adaptive, and can work with little supervision. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is necessary, as is outstanding analytical, organizational, and time management abilities. A bachelor's degree in technical disciplines, sales, marketing, or business is recommended.
Work Location: Hyderabad & Pune
Salary : Based on existing CTC & Depends upon the skillset and interview-
Experience Level: 6-10+ Years (Mandatory)
