Role : Business Development Manager
Department : Sales Consulting
Shift : General (10am to 7pm)
Office Location : Noida Sector 1, 3 positions/WFO
Office Location : Bangalore, 1 position/WFH

Job Description :
- Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development
- Clear understanding of the IT services industry, and IT staffing
- Successful in building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
- Specific experience in IT or IT Staffing industry business development role involving hunting
- 5+ years of sales experience in the IT Staff Augmentation/Consulting industry
- Salesforce consulting industry experience is an add-on
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Work closely with Marketing team to generate leads and design campaigns
- Collaborate with the Account Management/Recruitment team to identify and fulfill client staffing needs
- Comfortable with performing Outbound and Inbound calls and delivering professional, formal presentations.
- Excellent English Communication skills written and oral
- Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)
- Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must
- Clear understanding of the Indian market
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Should have worked on Salesforce or a global CRM platform, and understands funnel movement of leads and deal
Role/KRA's
- Grow the business of IT Staffing in scale and scope with key client acquisitions
- Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients)
- Meet and Exceed Annual/Quarterly sales targets with a clear focus on numbers
- Ensuring market coverage with Enterprise, Mid-market, SMB and start-ups in India
- Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently
- Open to travel Pan India, and Asia in future (up to 60% travel as needed)
- Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age
- Manage relationship with partner ecosystem or company partners for lead generation
- Attend events, industry meets and engage in business development communities
- Work closely with Inside sales, marketing and other inhouse teams for successful opportunity creation
