- Min 4 yrs of hands on Business Development
- Must have good exp in IT Staffing with Domestic market.
Skill Set :
- Identifying Potential New Clients across geography through Mailers, Cold Calling Social Networking Sites.
- Fixing Meeting Giving Presentation to prospects.
- Taking follow up on regular intervals. Make every possible effort to convert prospects in to a potential client.
- Requirements Gathering and understanding Nurturing clients from scratch to maturity.
- Account Mapping Target oriented
- Knowledge of Job Portals
- Good communication skills
