Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (3-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate business through online, System Integrators and Implementation Partners
- Sound understanding of Technologies.
- Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets
- Respond to RFIs / RFQs and all other clients requests.
- Create all comprehensive proposal detailing and estimates etc.
- Targeted business and revenue generation.
- Handle complete sales cycle.
- Experience in Negotiation and Closing deals.
Required Skills:
- 3-8 Years experience as Business Development Executive in US Staffing
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients/ Implementation Partners with a consistent track record of placements with them
- Must have Good Experience in Cold Calling, Price Negotiation, and Need to have Good Convincing and Closing Skills.
- Well versed with bidding portals and other platforms.
- Business oriented and comprehensive writing abilities in order to generate various proposals.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Understanding of marketing concepts.
