Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (2-6 yrs)

The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development/Lead generation.
- Manage all communications with Clients/Candidates and Recruiters
Ideal Candidate :
- Ability to build a repeatable, scalable hiring strategy
- Independence, organization, creativity, and data-savvy
- The candidate must have top-notch communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, including empathy, direct communication, development of talent of varying levels, career pathing, problem-solving, and leading with courage and vulnerability.
- Must be having 5 yrs of Staffing sales exposure.
- Must have exposure to IT Staffing sales.
- Experience in handling large business accounts will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill is a must
- Should be good in all Lead Generation activities like Cold Calling, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References
- Work Location-Bangalore
- Hybrid mode-1-2 days in a week WFO
- We need people who are currently in Bangalore & they should have their own laptop.
