Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (2-6 yrs)
- Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development/Lead generation.
- The candidate must have top notch communication skills
- Manage all communications with Clients/Candidates and Recruiters
- Should be good in all Lead Generation activities like Cold Calling, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.
- Build a cohesive, efficient and effective recruiting strategy and team, with scalable programs and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders in the HR, Operations, Compensation, Inclusion to align on a go-to-market strategy.
- Use data to continuously improve our overall effectiveness and efficiency
- Be a key contributor to the Recruiting leadership team by providing insights into hiring trends, contributing to building an inclusive team culture, and problem solving broader recruiting challenges
- Responsible for lead generation for staffing business.
- Meeting with different stack holders for lead generation of business.
- Generating new IT Staffing Business in the domestic market.
- Explore new territory for the new staffing business
- Maintain good relationships with existing businesses and generate more business with them.
- Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives for the team and self.
- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels
