Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (2-5 yrs)
You will get us new clients in The Netherlands and Belgium, UK for our IT staffing business where closures should happen regularly.
The new clients can be direct clients (small or medium or big) in any of the industry verticals or MSP or System Integrators.
The qualities we expect from you:
- Lots of energy and die-hard positive thinking combined with superb resilience to get new clients (Should not get bogged down by rejections from the clients)
- Good English with commanding voice
- Should have 2 to 3 years of Experience in staffing/Recruitment industry
- Ability to interface with clients and manage transactions
- Candidate should have international experience (EUROPE/UK)
- Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephonic sales and marketing skills (Wherever face to face meetings are necessary, our onshore team will do the same
