Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (1-2 yrs)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1-2 years of experience in Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities for staff augmentation services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
4. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with available resources and capabilities.
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT or staffing services.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
5. Knowledge of staffing or recruitment processes is a plus.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
