Designation: Business Development Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Working days: 5 days/week

The company is a Microsoft certified partner & a global IT solutions, Embedded Service provider, software and mobile app development company with over nine years of elaborate experience and about 400+ employees dedicated to building clear-cut solutions for complex business challenges based out of Ahmedabad.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales goals
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Should prepare Sales Forecasts, Budget Setting, Strategic Planning and KPI reporting for the sales team.
- Evangelize the service and solution and personally help close largest deals
- Work collaboratively across teams - Including Engineering and Marketing
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Converting leads to sales
- Hunting new customers & mining existing customers
- Must have achieved min target of USD 50K - 1Mn Annually
- Should present Monthly MIS to the management team, monthly
- Should manage budget, costing and profitibility
