Job Title - Business Development Executive
Reporting To - CEO / MD
JOB PURPOSE :
An ambitious and energetic lady/gentleman to help us expand our clientele by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
JOB DESCTIPTION AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by all the team members reporting.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
BACKGROUND OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE :
- Proficiency in English, Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills, Ability to build rapport, Time management and planning skills for team n self.
- Proven track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Well organized with in Reporting all activities as per company norms
- Take responsibility for behaving in a manner that supports the NIPL's Culture and Values, and the Leadership and Management behaviors.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION :
Qualifications - Ideally educated to Degree level. MBA Added advantage
Minimum - 1-2 years- experience in IT HARDWARE field
Mobility - Must own a Two Wheeler
