- Education: MBA (Marketing) Institute/University. BE/B.Tech. background will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in business development for IT, Software and Outsourcing services in the government sector
- Good selling attitude target oriented & ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Client requirement analysis, Proposal writing, tracking and closing sales.,
- Self-starter and self-motivated individual
- Open to travel, within the city and across country as and when required.
- Good network and Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
- What you need to do.
- Develop the marketing strategy in line with the Company's goals and objectives that will drive sales.
- Explore and identify potential segment/s in government sector, build a sales plan and deliver results.
- Manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including Lead generation, estimation, proposal, follow- up and closing.
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with government personnel's in order to leverage and setup effective account management.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality.
- Generate and submitting the required business reports to top management.
- Note - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a IT software selling in Government Sector.
