Job Title - Business Development Manager

Location - Ahmedabad

Experience : Minimum 7 years

Job Timings : 10 AM to 07 PM (1st and 3rd off and 2nd and 4th working)

Required Skill :

- Implementing a proven sales methodology and systems to support consistent growth

- Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets within the region of DX Platform and Service, IoT and AR products

- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. - Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.

- Always maintain accurate customer opportunity forecasts and deal status in CRM system.

- Create and regularly maintain concise account plans for major accounts, with a bias toward action and a clear path to deal closure. Review account plans quarterly and deal closure plans weekly with Sales leadership and partners in Engineering and Marketing.

- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.

- Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.

- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.

- Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers

- Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements - Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis

- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales

- Report on sales activity

- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods

- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings

- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

- Build and motivate an overachieving sales organization through effective resource deployment, recruitment, performance management and development of high performing talent.

- Develop strategies for high impact sales and marketing plans, for both long- and short-term goals.

- Identify key competitive accounts and establish and implement account plans.

- Collaborate with and amplify sales through the broader Sales and Marketing and channel teams.

- Ensure sales resources develop and manage an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of DX Platform & Services, IoT, AR, etc.

- Knowledge OR experience of 4.0 industry must have

- Should have experience in Industrial automation
