Manager - Business Development - IT Services (3-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- 3 to 5 years- experience in sales hunter role
- Strong sales hunter who can acquire new logos
- Should have strong hand hold on selling software development services in North America/Europe Region.
- Identify sales leads and develop new business
- Able to work as per Europe or US time zones
- Should have a good captive client base and handled Software Development Service Providers as clients.
- Excellent in managing client relationships at CXO levels
- Should have a proven & successful track record with some reputed companies in similar space and also achieve targets year on year
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional and cultural groups to formulate appropriate sales proposition and strategies
- Able to write techno-commercial proposals and create client presentations
- Willing to travel internationally for client meetings and presentations (post COVID)
- Managed end to end sales cycle, right from lead generation to proposal writing to negotiations/closures and also account management
DESIRED SKILLS :
- Previous experience of selling IT services and solutions (must)
- Good Documentation (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Presentation Skills
- Able to work as team player and also individual hunter
- Write professional emails
- Graduate or Masters degree in Computers/IT or - BBA/MBA - Interests in ICT/Technology solutions
