Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect for potential IT Services opportunities in advanced technologies
- AI/ML, Blockchain, Business Intelligence, Kubernetes, DevOps and other open sources.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to stay ahead in the industry.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to position our company as a preferred partner.
- Understand clients' requirements, pain points, and business objectives to effectively propose solutions that address their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, project managers, and executives, to develop customized proposals and deliver excellent client presentations.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors' activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of around 3-5 years in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT/software industry. If you are exceptionally confident and motivated than experience is not the boundary.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of online projects and custom software products,
including web development, mobile applications, e-commerce solutions, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities through a proactive and strategic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand clients' needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross- functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the agility to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
