Manager - Business Development - IT Services (2-6 yrs)
1. Client Acquisition: Primary responsibility is to call the customer and explain about the Transactional SMS, Promotional SMS, OTP SMS, Flash SMS, Email Marketing, Recharge Campaign, Caller Tune Hosting, IVR (Inbound/Outbound, OBD) & other IT services the company provides.
2. Sales Enquiry Handling : Handle sales enquiries through phone, chat, and email.
3. Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
4. Database Management : Maintain and develop a healthy funnel with prospect client's database.
5. Sales Follow-up : Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
6. Independent Sales Handlin g: Have the ability to handle sales enquiries independently.
7. Target Achievement : Self-enthusiast, result oriented and always focused on achieving target.
