Manager - Business Development - IT Product Sales (2-4 yrs)

Position : Business Development Manager - Autodesk

Exp: 2-4 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

- Create, Develop, and Implement supplier/vendor-specific initiatives (10%).

- Channel partner and vendor engagement (20%) Execution: Credit management, order processing, and AR collections (20%) Operational excellence in pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory management (10%) .

- Learn from existing BDMs about market potential and work on developing the market base (10%).

- Work with channel partners to enhance sales competencies and close deals through hands-on involvement and coaching (10%).

- Coordinate with the supplier for partner technical and sales training on new products and/or technology (10%) Knowledge

Skills and Experience:

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Autodesk sales is required.

- A bachelor's degree in a Mechanical or Civil is required.

- Master's or postgraduate degree in sales is preferred.

- Capable of following directions and requesting clarification as needed.

- Capable of recognizing and attending to key details with precision and efficiency.

- Capable of communicating simply and effectively.

- Capable of communicating and writing effectively in both English and a local language.

- Capable of creating and delivering formal presentations.

- Capable of negotiating effectively, promoting/selling ideas persuasively, and closing transactions with mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Possesses great organizational and time management abilities, enabling tasks to be completed.
