Manager - Business Development - IT Product Firm (7-15 yrs)
Global Business Development Manager with IT product MNC in Pune
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing a Global SAP program that will lead to the adoption of Enterprise software across our Global IT Product companies is plus
- Creation of a joint strategic plan (business plan with goals, priorities and investment required) for each of our top GSIs as outlined above
- Evangelize SW product within the Alliance, drive engagements at the executive, product management, engineering and sales level to generate net new revenues within their existing and targeted SAP client base.
- Identification of new SAP opportunities - sync with an end-user sales rep to progress opportunities
- Create extensive partner networks at both the field and executive levels
- Launch and position regional workshops on business & technical values, enabling our Alliances to increase their SAP services position and profits when selling Test suite
- Exceed quota
Required Qualifications :
- B.A./MBA in Business Administration or like degree
- 7+ years of professional experience
- SAP background
- Partner, Alliance management or channels experience
- Experience in test Automation is a plus
- Experience with SW Product is a plus
- Experience working at or with Top IT MNC is a plus
- Ability to meet new challenges and to stay calm under pressure
- Outgoing personality, good networker and excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English
