Manager - Business Development - IT Infra Solutions (4-8 yrs)
Variman Global Enterprises Ltd. is a 28yrs old firm listed in stock exchange, providing end to end IT Infra solutions.
The Opportunity :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Business Development to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts
- Forecast and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient deal flow
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success
- Experience selling IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, networking solutions) to corporate, institutional, and government clients
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, backup, and security)
- Proven ability to develop and manage channel partners (OEMs, distributors)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethics
