Manager - Business Development - IT (8-20 yrs)
Business Development- IT
The business development manager will have a strong focus in the IT Product/service space. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a strong network within the IT industry. The position will be responsible to pitch Adecco's HR solution with the target market within the IT industry.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Account Management- handling various clients & managing relationships
- Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Monthly Targets has to be achieved.
- Wide Market coverage.
- Cracking competition.
- Accurate sales forecasting
- Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients.
Key technical skills
- Understanding of IT business and strongly networked within the given industry
- Revenue Generation from New Accounts
PRE-SKILLS
- Bachelor Degree with MBA.
- Added qualification in sales would be preferred.
- Minimum of 8-20 years of Sales experience in Strategic Selling, Institutional Sales, Account
- Management and persuasion and negotiation.
