Our Client is hiring for Business Development Manager
The Job
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Sales, Business Development and managing a portfolio of existing accounts and driving new strategic relationships / customer acquisition in the India and US.
- Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations, and closure of the deal.
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Proven experience in building excellent client relationships.
- Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks / queries; actively creates business opportunities
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Marketing or Equivalent
- 08 - 10 years- experience with selling IT Services / Products.
- Overall 8+ years- Experience and relevant Exp at least 6 years in selling IT services to Domestic and International market.
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large IT services organizations.
- Excellent communications skills including proven experience of presenting solutions and proposals directly to prospects and customers.
