Business Development Manager - Depth Sales
Qualification:
Minimum Master of Business Administration
Experience:
- Minimum experience of 8 years. Relevant experience in sales is a bonus.
- Strategic sales have played an essential role in the growth and this exciting position is looking for a dynamic professional to further build and grow the sales performance
- The candidate needs to be a self-motivated performer with expertise in sales planning, development and execution. The candidate should perform in a fast-pace environment to lead market penetration in enterprise accounts and execute sales plans to increase revenue. Depending on performance, the candidate may even contribute in developing and leading a global team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluate their position; research and analyze sales options, gather market and client intelligence
- Arrange meetings with potential client C-level executives to prospect for new business.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; Identify product requirement in assigned accounts by engaging with different user teams to increase product usage.
- Demonstrate the product by understanding specific requirements of the prospects;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.
- Deeply engage with the prospect and study the organization hierarchy and decision makers.
- Negotiate the terms and achieve sales;
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and perspectives
- Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process.

- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Patience and maturity while dealing with ambiguity and challenging situations.
- Commercial awareness.
- IT skills (knowledge to operate laptop/PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of MS Office).
