Manager - Business Development - IT (8-10 yrs)

As a B2B International Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new international clients for our IT services. Leveraging your proven track record and expertise in the industry, you will build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across target markets, ensuring that our solutions align with their business needs and challenges.

Roles and Responsibility:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage qualified B2B leads.

- Qualify leads based on their business requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.

Market Research and Prospecting:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in international markets.


- Utilize various resources, including industry reports, online platforms, and networking events, to identify and target prospective clients.

Relationship Building:

- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives, IT managers, and other key stakeholders within target organizations.

- Understand client needs and pain points, and position our IT services as valuable solutions to address their challenges.

Solution Presentation and Consultation:

- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of our IT services.

- Provide consultative advice to clients on how our solutions can enhance their operational efficiency, security, and competitiveness.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that meet client requirements and align with company capabilities.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

- Set and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual revenue goals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, utilizing CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Required skills:

- Proven track record of at least 10 years in B2B IT Service Sales

- Proven track record of International IT Service Sales

- Should have network enough to generate leads and convert them into sales

- Understanding of IT industry trends, terminology, and challenges

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales target
