Manager - Business Development - IT (6-25 yrs)
BDM/BDE is responsible for driving and delivering Revenue Growth, New Contracts, Portfolio Mix, and Yield & Market Intelligence.
Responsible to lead the business development efforts for a particular industry segment / Region / Account
Build business development strategy for the industry segment - Cost, Sizing, Segmentation, Road map
Identify new business opportunities/leads, creating client profile and setting up meetings
Actively Manage the sales engagement from lead generation to Commercial agreement sign off.
Actively engaged in defining the business strategy in line with the organization road map for quick and easy technology adoption by the stakeholders
Author Commercial agreements and contractual terms in consultation with Legal, support teams and within the framework laid out by the Organization
Adherence of Organization, Legal and Client processes
Develop quotes, proposals and Rate Negotiation based on Product Offering or Customized Solution
Planning, preparing presentations, marketing collaterals and Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Analyse market trend, provide inputs and feedback to the management
Plan, Act and Achieve the Organization targets for the industry sector handled
Understand the customer needs Drive the requirements definition for the IT Products to be built for the customers
Work with Account Management / Operations to ensure service delivery to customers
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Should be open for frequent travels across pan India as required
Build a team as required based on the Business plan
Should mentor and guide team members
