Manager - Business Development - IT (6-12 yrs)
Role - Sales Manager.
7+ years of relevant experience in IT Software Sales (Services, Project but NOT SaaS)
- Experience of Microsoft Technology Stack
Minimum Five years of relevant and recent experience in either or all of the following areas:
- Selling Product Re/Engineering, Development across ISVs/Tech Start Ups eco system in North America and Europe
- Selling IT Services (Development, Testing, Support and Maintenance) to Enterprise IT: Audience IT Directors and Executive Levels
- Selling Business Intelligence and Analytics Services to Line of Business and IT Teams across Enterprises
- Selling Cloud Services (advisory, migration, legacy modernization, Dev-Ops etc.) to Enterprise IT or ISVs
- Selling various offshore/onshore engagement models e.g. Managed, Hybrid, Project Based, ODC, BOT
- Ability to build credibility quickly with new clients; strategic relationship should be developed at the highest level and other key stakeholders to drive revenue
- Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business, by effectively building prospect lists and strong ability to transition prospects to clients
- Proven experience in closing enterprise-wide complex sales solutions, by structuring innovative, integrated solutions that provides IT decision makers value and support in achieving their business goals
- Timely and Accurate revenue forecasting
- History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Extensive experience in either of the following Geographies (last five years)
- North America (USA and Canada),
- Europe (UK and EU),
- Japan, Australia and NZ
- Travelled to territory extensively to close deals and participate in Industry events
