Manager - Business Development - IT (5-8 yrs)
- The person shall be responsible to cultivate new accounts and hand them over to business support teams after signing the contract.
The specific responsibilities will be :
- Proactively identify new and different business opportunities for up & cross-selling.
- The person shall be responsible for a complete cycle of sourcing and signing of a new contract with the prospect customer, that is, and collection of e-waste & Lithium-ion batteries from the supplier or the source as per the terms of the agreement, receipt, and processing of the invoice and payment.
- Coordinate with department, logistics, accounts, and production departments to ensure client/ seller satisfaction.
- Support the Manager and senior management team in the review of operations by facilitating the provision of necessary data and information.
- Maintain Data and prepare presentations on Client performance in terms of business.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
- At least 5+ years in B2B sales preferably in Telecom, IT, IT services, ITES industries.
- Should have experience in handling large contracts
- Full-time MBA from a reputed institution
- Good interpersonal skills, business analytical skills, commercial acumen, negotiating skills, and conflict resolution skills.
- Good learner. Creative, open-minded, and innovative in structuring deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of at least one of the four major Dravidian languages Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam other than English is mandatory.
