Job Summary :
We are looking for an highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B segment and IT Services sales, and be proficient in English. The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through effective communication, client relationship management, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Running Cadences/Sequences with multi-touchpoint approach.
- Qualify and book appointments for the discovery calls.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain our products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B segment and IT Services sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant CRM software is a plus.
