Manager - Business Development - IT (5-12 yrs)
The Role: The candidate for this position should excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify quality leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Future Challenges: Since the candidate(s) will join the Business Development Team right at the offset, It is expected out of them to establish the culture, induction process, sales life cycle process, etc. They will also have to define the set of directives for the client management, up-sales, support, etc. they will also be expected to create complete process, liturgy and task force with their effort directed to cater a single lucrative industry with great cross sales potential.

1. Meet sales targets
2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
3. Creating and managing all sorts of communication as well as documentation encapsulating the sales life cycle, like - Drafting proposals, Terms of deal, mails, etc
4. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
5. Helping with content library development that will be required to assist or at times compliment the sales process. (Eg: documentation of Industry specific offerings)
6. Coordination with the Tech & support team for to ensure seamless rendition of client service.
