Our client is the trusted meetings software used by leading organizations for efficient and effective paperless board and committee meetings.

The Job

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluate their position; research and analyze sales options, gather market and client intelligence.

- Arrange meetings with potential client C-level executives to prospect for new business.

- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; Identify product requirement in assigned accounts by engaging with different user teams to increase product usage.

- Demonstrate the product by understanding specific requirements of the prospects;

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

- Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.

- Deeply engage with the prospect and study the organization hierarchy and decision makers.

- Negotiate the terms and achieve sales;

- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

Collect and analyze customer feedback and perspectives

Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process.

Key Skills required:

Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Perseverance and very high ethical standards.

Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Patience and maturity while dealing with ambiguity and challenging situations.

Commercial awareness.

IT skills (knowledge to operate laptop/PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of MS Office).
