Manager - Business Development - IT (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Partner with companies willing to invest in TIH-IoTs technology development and commercialization, developing alliances and partner ecosystems, and assessing market opportunities and needs.
- Assess market opportunities and needs, creating a revenue-driven business development strategy.
- Research market trends and craft impactful proposals to foster partnerships.
- Build and support the development of impactful project proposals for CSR projects with corporates and donor organizations.
- Represent TIH on various platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree/MBA with minimum 5 years OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in Business, marketing or related field of study along with 3 years' experience in Business Development.
Expertise:
- Should have demonstratable capabilities on account management, lead generation and growth strategies from sales perspective.
- Good interpersonal, facilitating, and influencing skills to engage a wide spectrum of external and internal stakeholders.
- Able to conceptualize, work independently, resourceful, numeric, and analytical with a hands-on-disposition.
- Has an open mindset that is attuned to the evolving business needs and dynamism of the organization.
Other terms:
- The position is contractual, full time in nature and subject to periodic performance reviews.
