Manager - Business Development - IT (5-10 yrs)
One of my clients is an IT SOLUTIONS provider which is a 120 crores IT RENTALS ORGANISATION specialising in HARDWARE and solutions.
- They are among the top 5 Hardware rental companies in India. They are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS for all major states in the country.

- Our client is seeking proactive Business Development Managers on PAN India basis with excellent market knowledge and a go-getter attitude.
- The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, establish strong client relationships, and achieve business targets in a competitive environment.
Job description / Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT equipment rental market
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders with matured approach towards Account Management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, relevant developments and awareness towards competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals independently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track and report on sales performance metrics covering various dimensions
Job Specification / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (No MBA)
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Hardware and Solutioning - System Integration
- Strong understanding of the IT equipment market and preferably on rental solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results driven with a proactive and aggressive approach to sales
- Willingness to travel as needed
